About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Telecoms Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training to individuals and teams in the fibre and utilities industry. You’ll play a key role in upskilling professionals, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to excel in the fast-moving world of telecoms.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging, practical training sessions on telecoms and fibre-related topics

• Supporting learners with real-world insights and industry best practices

• Keeping training materials up to date with the latest standards and technologies

• Assessing and mentoring trainees to help them achieve their full potential

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in telecoms, fibre, or utilities industries

• Previous training experience

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners

• Relevant industry and training qualifications (such as Smart Awards, EUSR, NRSWA, PIA, or fibre certs)

• A genuine passion for developing people and sharing your expertise

• Location: Albourne, West Sussex

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience

• Contract: Self employed initially, possibility of employment in the future
